Aigües de Montblanc SL company located in Tarragona, Spain installed a photovoltaic system using 2 DEGER D80 dual axis trackers which feed a 5.5 HP pump that supplies drinking water at a rate of 12,000 liters per hour.
Thanks to this self-consumption solar energy installation, the investor is able to meet the increased demand of drinking water during the summer season when photovoltaic generation peaks.
In the project, each D80 dual axis tracker carries 26 photovoltaic modules with a total surface area of 44.4 m2.
